Care for Your Prints
Giclée prints are delicate works of art that require careful handling. Their surfaces can tear or scratch easily, so it's crucial to treat them with the utmost care. Given the large sizes of these prints, even a small tear or scratch can significantly affect their appearance. If you choose to purchase a print without mounting, such as Kappa mounted or Print Only, please be aware that these options offer less protection. In contrast, Dibond or Reverse Acrylic Mounted Prints provide an added layer of protection for your artwork. Regardless of the format you choose, we strongly advise handling your Giclée prints with the care and respect they deserve.
PROCESSING & PACKAGING
Our Print Only Packaging
Our dedicated team ensures the safe handling and packaging of your prints and frames. We use tissue paper and bubble wrap to protect delicate prints from scratches and place them in sturdy, crush-resistant cardboard tubes for shipping.
Processing Mounted Prints
Handmade mounting jobs are typically completed within 4–6 business days (not including shipping).

You can track the progress of your order, from preparation to delivery, once you've placed it.

Print Only (not framed or mounted)
All Print Only products are eligible for free shipping worldwide. The customer is responsible for covering any import taxes and tariffs.
Mounted Prints
The cost of delivery for these items will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The calculation does not include import taxes, tariffs or charges. The customer/receiver is responsible for any import taxes and tariffs.

If you would like to pay the tariffs and taxes before shipping please contact us - before you place an order for a quotation to ensure a swift delivery and no complications at the border!
Otherwise, any charges will be levied once the package reaches its destination and become the responsibility of the receiver.
We can opt to pay all charges before they are sent BUT ONLY if you contact us before paying for your items. Choosing this option should ensure a smoother and more efficient delivery process for you.
Return Policy - Terms and Conditions
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning any items. This includes shipping fees, insurance, tariffs and taxes as well as any other expenses incurred as a result of the return.
- Return Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, and packaging if applicable. Any items returned in a condition different from how they were received may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
- Return Authorization: Before returning any items, the customer must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Any items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds: Once the returned items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
- Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
